Brooke Stewart is a licensed Paralegal in good standing with The Law Society of Ontario. Brooke holds an Honours Diploma in both Paralegal Studies, Law Clerk and holds a Certificate in Family Mediation.

As a member of ADRIO (Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario) Brooke focuses on collaborative resolutions to conflicts through fast negotiations, resulting in successful settlements so you can get on with life in a peaceful way.

Brooke has a keen interest in human rights and has advocated for Women's Rights in childbirth as a birth doula. Brooke has a passion for justice and works hard to achieve her clients' desired outcomes in all situations.

Currently Brooke's legal practice focuses on representing her clients in civil matters including, but not limited to; Human Rights, Employment, contract disputes, and Landlord and Tenant matters. Brooke appears regularly at the Small Claims Court and Landlord and Tenant Board; however, due to her keen advocacy skills, most disputes are settled promptly and prior to litigation through creative resolutions. 

Brooke also offers family and private mediation services.  She has a passion for continuing education and expanding her knowledge. She is currently working towards a Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals through Osgoode Hall Law School and York University. 

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys being active outdoors, being on the water, and exploring new places.

Brooke resides in Innisfil with her three wonderful children and dog Oakley.
