Brooke Stewart is a licensed Paralegal in good standing with The Law Society of Ontario. Brooke holds an Honours Diploma in both Paralegal Studies and Law Clerk. Brooke also holds a Certificate in Family Mediation from York University and a Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals from Osgoode Hall Law School/York University.

As a member, and Qualified Mediator, with ADRIO (Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario) Brooke focuses on collaborative resolutions to conflicts through fast negotiations, resulting in successful settlements so you can get on with life in a peaceful way.

Brooke has a keen interest in human rights and has previously advocated for Women's rights in childbirth. Brooke has a passion for justice and works hard to achieve her clients' desired outcomes in all situations.

Currently Brooke's legal practice focuses on representing her clients in civil matters including, but not limited to; Human Rights, Employment, Contract Disputes/Negotiations, and Landlord and Tenant matters. Brooke appears regularly at the Small Claims Court and Landlord and Tenant Board; however, due to her keen advocacy skills, most disputes are settled promptly and prior to litigation through creative resolutions. 

Brooke also offers family mediation services for the purposes of finding resolution with regards to separation, divorce, parenting plans, child support, spousal support and property division. 

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys being active outdoors, being on the water, and exploring new places.
